Our story
Estizone started with a simple observation: too many U.S. contractors were choosing between rushed in-house takeoffs and expensive estimating help that couldn’t keep up with bid calendars.
We built a dedicated bench of estimators who live in CSI divisions every day — producing itemized takeoffs clear enough to markup and fast enough for real deadlines.
Today we support GCs and subcontractors across commercial, residential, industrial, and public work, with communication aligned to Eastern Time business hours.
